Re: gsxr 6 sproket sizing help

first, you dont need a big sprocket for slow stuff. second,905 is garbage!!just go 10 up in the rear and 1 down in the front....

Re: gsxr 6 sproket sizing help

you can do 55 with a pizza pan no problem. alot of people somehow thing the high rpms are bad for the bike. but its actually what they were made for, ripping up a racetrack at 12grand scraping peg. yes you can stunt stock gearing but its a bitch and likes to rattrap.

Re: gsxr 6 sproket sizing help

Unless your already riding idle dont re-gear!

OR you'll end up the squid with gearing that can't stop the bucking

Thumbs up Re: gsxr 6 sproket sizing help

i have a 60 rear sprocket and still the stock 15 on the front. its alright on the highway but you wont have much top end gear but why would you need to go 170 mph anyways. i have a 60 rear tooth very good condition and a freestyle inguinity cage for sale for cheap both good condition. Let me know if your interested.
