if you could use the overlapping stuntlifes from the above banner in the background of yours it would be the winner hands down.

the black looks clean, but its needs something to wake up the "life.com" text.

also if you put the streetfighter bike in the "N" so you could see clearly that there is no front end that would be a plus too.

youre on the right track now. also, you either need to make the banner larger or the letters smaller so you can read the background (the background needs to be lightened up, so they are more vibrant, or change the colors of them to red).
