there are some helpful stickies over in the stunt section on 600rr.net.. bas bypass,idle control mod,how to dent your tank, fan switch, all sorta good stuff.. come check it out... teach and ordi are members over there aswell...

I posted the black one so if you want it deep, i cant really see it getting any deeper than that.

I did mine without and body work after i melted it and i used a torch like a propane torch for plumbing i just heated it up and put it on the tank and pressed hard with 2 pairs of gloves on and then just heated it in the spots that weren't smooth. I've done 3 tanks and it is easy just take your time.
