just get a jug of long-strand fiberglass-bondo. It's bondo with fiber strands already in it. Mix it up and load the tail up inside with it. Done.

no need for cloth or resin or wood cuz this **** is indestructable when it hardens

i build custom car stereos for a liveing and used the stuff all the time. go with the number 2 can with the mekp hardner it comes with and get a small bucket to mix it in with a stir stick. and be carful how much hardner u put in. u can use figerglass mat or a flece blanket or a t-shirt. just depends how stong u want it and how many layers. the more layers the stronger just make sure whatever you use soke the $hit out of it and use a 2" paint brush to push all the air bubbles out.

I'm definately going to be doing that. Off topic a little, have you got any videos of you or the vancouver crew riding? Never hear of you, last clip I saw was you stalling off the rooftop ledges. DANGER!
