First, you don't need much throttle control.
Second, you don't really need all that much brake control either.
Third, slack on your bike maintenance so everything is "loose".

Technique:
Give it gas, lean to the left and pull the clutch in and hope you don't land on your head, if you don't then lean to the right but this time give it more gas, repeat.
