i have a k7 gsxr1000 that i dont stunt i just like riding wheelies, and i was wondering if lowering it will make it harder to wheelie. im assuming it will but wasnt sure. thanx

yes, don't lower it. It ***** up the turning abilities of the bike as well... plus it's gay.

lowering a bike is pointless, unless its a looks only bike or for drag racing. lowering it will make it harder to wheelie or stoppie cuz ur putting the center of gravity lower to the ground and making it harder to lift up over the wheels, hard to explain but think about dirt bikes. theyre easier to wheelie and stoppie cuz the suspension sits real high so the weight is already up above the wheels some which makes it easier for either end to lift up. another thing is that when you lower your bike u run the risk of bottoming out when you come down hard from wheelies, some guy on 600rr.net posted up pictures of his header smashed flat from comming down hard on a lowered bike.

But if you are gay, yes it will be harder to wheelie, so you will need a turbo and atleast a 70 tooth sprocket

yea i wouldnt do it keep it up handles better in every way , but i do know somone has a slammed bike that can wheelie forever just gotta let it down smooth or you **** up ****

damn i need to find stock lowering links for my bike...i bought it lowered 2''. i cant do stoppies or rolling burnouts.......anyone know a website for stock parts like that?
