A cage and knee dragging?

I wanna start stunting more with my CBR F4. Getting a fiddy really got me into it. But I wanna get a cage so the little fella don't get beat up too badly. Thing I'm wondering is how will it work out with me takign the twisties since I use the bike for that as well. I assume my pegs would hit first but I'd like some reasurance before I order the cage. Thanks

about 6 bolts and the cage part comes off and you have just extended sliders.

it's definately worth the money. My plastics don't even hit when i drop 12's.

yep - cage deff hits when you lean the bike. When im tearin it up, I always skid to turn the bike around & bang a 180. When i learn it just a little to far, the cage hits & spins me like a top. its a good time actually.......

but the cage has paid for itself ten fold.

The first cage I had made almost made me low side when I was doing a 180 skid so we made another one that hugs the bike real close and now it's not a problem.

i have a F.I. cage and that thing hits all the time . i havent been down on it yet , but its already scraped on the lower sides and bent , all form doing stoppies. when i come down form a 180 endo attempt it always hits hard. so if your gonna do twisties definately take the thing off , its not too hard.

Yea, this does suck. I'm hesitant to get a cage now because today I was riding twisties and stunting. What hits? The bottom? Any word on a cage that migth be made knee dragger friendly down the road? Thanks

all you have to do is take off the bottom part of the cage (6bolts)
and you'll still have the extended frame sliders, which is probably more than you have right now.

Okay, I'll take it off and stash the cage in my backpack untill I get 2 the spot NO, not gonna work appreciate any leads on a thin cage or something simmilar though. Maybe you just gaotta decide whats more important, a few twisties, or a good session. I think I know what what I'm gonna pick

buy the cage- dont lean so hard- learn alot of new tricks and ride home too tired to dive into a turn hard.
