juss looped out...hard

roughly an hour ago, i was at the bikenight stunt spot practicin coasters (bin practicin em for 2 or 3 days now)

i'm doing my LAST wheelie as i'm about to exit n' go to dell taco.

pull in the clutch and it feels like its not disengaging, so my dumbass starts revin it to see if it is disengaged, and as i'm revin it, i pop the clutch.

btw, going 30mph-ish

bike shoots back to round bar...scraped for maybe 10 feet. then got thrown off.

damages to the bike:
gauge bracket bent
bar end ripped off and damages the end of the clip-ons
left hand controls smashed
front rim bent, doesn't hold air
rear rim bent, doeesn't hold air either
fender cracked in half...will zip tie that bitch tomorrow
subframe looks tweaked, i'm gonna take the tail off tomorrow and have a looky.

other damages:
mesh jacket ripped apart.
bruised ankles, feet, toes, hands, hip, pride.

wats the best way to bend the rim back?

anyway, thought i'd share

Re: juss looped out...hard

I have had a rim bent back to shape at a local tire shop here for $20, and it was tweeeked! At least you didn't break anything, bruises heal faster, looking at your bike will hurt worse. Heal up and get back out, nothing will make you feel better!

Re: juss looped out...hard

thx everyone

i didn't see the crash myself as my face was towards the ground but the ppl that saw it say it was rollin like a ************

surprisingly i didn't snap a slider this time and this has so far been my fastest "stunt" crash

now about the clutch, i juss installed the moose a week ago and i've been ****** around with the freeplay and tryin to re-route the clutch cable since....so i'm guessin it had too much freeplay or someshit.

anyway, found a shop here that say they can bend it back....takin it there today or tomorrow.:YEAH

ohh and ya, i just had my first big sprocket installed (+10) 3 hours before we went on that ride....so mighta had somethin to do with it
