ZX10r Stunter?

Hey guys I have recently been looking at stunting and was considering setting up my bike to get started. The thing is my 05 ZX10 is basically mint at the moment, so i was wondering if it can still get damaged with the cages on it? Does the frame start to crack from too many drops?

Cheers
Brad

A cage will make your bike indestructible.

Re: ZX10r Stunter?

Hahaha ok cheers. I did want to run the 10r for the ease and fun of power wheelies but I also dont want to bin an expensive bike. Does the frame get done over at all, or is it just the fairings? Do the cages stop the fairings from touching the ground totally or can they still get torn up?

Hmmmm I am as well curious that why seldom see someone stunt a ZX-10R, it is a 1000 but easy to see someone stunt 1000RR, gixxer1000, and R1.

Hahaha please, I realise Im a squid but its a zx10, i couldn't ride more than 10m out of the shop without the front wanting to break free I came hear to learn slower more technical stunts, hence the cage questions.

Re: ZX10r Stunter?

600cc better for stunts - slow technical equals the right ammount of torque and 1000 have a bit too much.. a 600 with a cage and larger sprocket is the way to go for newbs..... in future when you have deft control go up to 1000 but by then you will be contenet with 636... but if you do decide to stunt it let me know how you get on as iv had three of the 04 models and i always dreamed of stunting one of those but i got a 636 for that
