If your 'said friend' was driving, ran a red light, and hit you totaling your car would you get out and say " ohh i didn't notice that was you good buddy, i'll take care of my totaled car, this ones on me" ???
F*ck no you wouldn't so why is this different? tell him atleast you're only asking him to cover the damages he caused to the bike and not all your medical bills + loss of wages + pian and suffering.


AND tell him he got what should be expected when riding like a F*ckin' squid with 2 week experiance!
