grrr my F3 keeps giving me problems! I keep having stupid fuel issues.. I know its old but damn I have a new problem like every week. I'm out practicing and 1 cylinder dies then 2 minutes after the bikes dies and struggles for its life to stay runnin. I couldn't even limp it home had to call and get a lift back. I haven't looked at it yet but **** this is the second time its done this to me in a couple months.

mine was giving me trouble. was idling really rough and just sounded like overall crap... a friend of mine cleaned the carbs for me, since I dont know how to do that and now the bike is running great. he also put new plugs in.

like it was already stated, its your plugs most likely. my f3 gave me somewhat the same type of problem.

 

grrr I replaced them a couple months ago and cleaned my carbs.. clogged jets was the problem the first time it did this.. anyone wanna buy an F3? haha I need to fix my R6

i learned on my f3... has 3 brocken motor mounts...bent *** cage... but runs like a champ... i think im selling mine too, to some goon's around here that want to stunt

 

mine would flood out when doing wheelies which would foul the plugs.

adjust the carbs. You could try tou put a fuel pressure regulator that would keep it from flooding out when on 1 wheel.

 

what would you adjust? like drop mains or float height?

 

Float hieght.....lower it.

 

2500 for a stunted out F3 thats alot of money. If you end up dropping the price significantly let me kno.

 

messing with float height scares me....I'll probably just keep my F3.. just curious though what is an average price for one?
