Re: Do your wrists hurt after riding?

I just started doing slow wheelies a couple months ago (so this is fresh in my mind) a couple things i noticed....
clip ons slightly turned out is way more comfortable (but I'm full faired , so that's my restriction as to how far I can go outwards)
First off... my setdowns and timing of them was terrible at first...this was a wrist killer.... within 1 to 2 weeks My timing and absorbtion of setdowns (not to mention the setdowns themselves) got way better.( and resulted in less wrist beatin' )

but I kept fooling with setups anyways ...to find the most comfortable one...

then I came across another variable that had a major "To Do" with wrist bustin'... it was how far my clutch lever was spun....I came to find out ...that rotating my lever downward...made for a much more comfy position (to be able to keep it covered at all times)

try and mess with that and see if it helps

I think I got the up and down pretty good, but all of a sudden, my bike is veering to the right, so I try to put extra weight on my left foot but it seems to always lean to the right. I have to put it down before I go off road.

Tomorrow I'll try to put all my weight on the left to see what happens.
check your chain adjustment...If your wheel is not perfectly straight...you wheelies will veer quite a bit.

no but seriously some certain weight lifts can help. I know there's guys on here 300+ but a little lifting might help. Also you have to make the bike fit the rider. Not the rider fit the bike.
