my 636 does that ,only if im on the bar for a long sprape. but the smoke clears up after a few minutes. I think I might try that Kleen mod. Once your bike is that high for an extended time , the oil must seep into the airbox.

 

have u gotten an aftermarket oil pickup? if not then eventually ur engine will blow from lack of oil from prolonged wheelies.... if u can carry them for a decent distance.

 

dude on a serious note you need to move your oil pickup or get an aftermarket pickup made for stunt riding

 

That is exactly what I am looking into now just for the insurance. Other than Stuntex do you guys know of anyone? I just want to make sure that is the best one.

Update: I already did the PAIR mod a long time ago so it couldn't have been sneaking into the airbox. Any other ideas/sources of the smoke?

 

Then make sure you're not overfilling your oil too much (<.5q) and keep your revs low. I think the pair mod diverts the crankase breather to the exhaust instead of the airbox so it would still smoke anyway.
