675 question
yoo, I'm pretty new to this and i've been trying to clutch up my 07 daytona 675 but it's not been working out in my favor.. i can power it up but that mess is weak and i can't rock it out long. I've let out some pressure in my back tire but i'm still having problems clutching it up in second. I was wondering if anyone has any advice.. thanks.

you are not alone in this world I got the same problem but I guess practice & ***** are the only two things that are gonna help us out to get the front wheel up!!

Re: 675 question
if your doing em in second and you new to it, your prolly going fast. . .fast wheelies and low air pressure = mad scary wobbles. my suggestion is to air back up and gradually learn them, you cant just get a bike go out and rock mile long wheelies. just chase the wheelies until you feel comfortable riding em higher and higher and soon enough youll be at balance point and think youve learned it all. then youll start trying slow stuff and well hell. the needle is already in your arm at that point. . . .

Re: 675 question
try doing them staggered (left foot on the passenger peg, right foot on the front peg) standing up, you'll be able to use some body english to control the wheelie while you are still learning throttle control.

Re: 675 question
My advice would be to hit up OMR for a peg relocation. All sportbike's rear pegs are high but when your at 12 it feels comfortable. If my 636 on stock gears can rock 2nd gear wheelies on the highway all day, Im sure your 675 can!

Re: 675 question
ya i've been practicing at a closed down fedex building that's close.. or us1 ha. but ya i can't find a damn cage for my bike.. or any parts for that matter that aren't just for track use. If you know of any place i could pick one up.. and well a hb, 12 bar, and stabilizer i'd apprec. it.. i've been looking for those since i got the damn back last december.
