Re: WTF Warpedtoys?

My on the matter OK you order parts and it takes forever to get your ****! don't necessarily blame it on the the parts company you ordering it from!! they may have **** on there web site I.E. {crash cage for _______ <---insert bike here} but they may not have it on there shelves! due to he fact it cost $$ to stock innovatory! and the small profit they make off the part it's just not worth it at time's! unless you have say a 636 or F4I **** they know they will burn through X amount per week! and even the manufactures of said parts do at times, get back logged.. and you need to weight as they play catch up with there out going orders! and if your email don't get answered right away!... sit back and chill! OR CALL!! im sure they get a TON of parts emails a day and getting back to every one takes mad time!

Re: WTF Warpedtoys?

I have nothing against anyone who may of had a bad experience and are just voicing there frustration, but i would atleast figure i would put up my epxperience with warped which has been nothing but good.

when i called them i asked if powers cage for the 06 gsxr was the same as the 07, promptly warped called powers asked them and called me back telling me it was the same. Right after I placed my order with warped it was placed with powers. Since then i have been waiting on the order for my parts from powers(which powers is slow), and everytime i call they have been nothing but honest and nice. Each time they have told me what was going on, just shows me how they are ontop of powers to make sure things get done. T-NECK has been doing a great job with the order i placed!! Today when i called it seemed more like i was calling a friend then a company, he knew who i was and exactly what was up with my order. My props goes out to T-NECK and the other guys at warped. I know that my order has taken a while, which would anger anyone. But warped cant stock everycage for every bike in every color. Powers the company that makes the cages should, and they do not. Powers is more like a wanna be fast food joint..."made to order" . In no way has the wait had anything to do with powers, and i would have no doubt if i made it directly with powers that i would be waiting hell alot long. I will definatly order from warped again. Figured id atleast put in a positive review of them .

ps if u dont call me monday im going to mad hate spam j/p

Re: WTF Warpedtoys?

Well we hope it's powder coating that is slowing down Powers or CNC work as can do both I we will just need the cages more less blanks. I am going to have T-Neck speak to them about that since we can powder coat and work close with a super CNC guy that has a brand new 2007 CNC and great prices..

well they did do 525 but recently stoped doing that and only do 520 and 530 kits. I'm sure Ian hasn't had a chance to tell his webmaster to change it due to keeping up with all his customers!
I have know him for about 10 years and from day one with his company and I know he works day in and day out early to late to have such good service for eveyone.

so that's why its still on there probably .

Re: WTF Warpedtoys?

We had planned on it but we are number 2 dealer behind LP with powers so matt says. I really like there cages, welds but if we can do the CNC and powder if that is what is slowing him down getting cages to use I am sure I could work a deal with him as every one knows Matt is super cool guy..

that would be sick, i know alot of people love powers....but they are getting turned away by there customer service and long delays. which i never dealt with powers just u guys, and all i can say is . if you guys cut down on the time it took to get us the products then that would make things alot better. waiting sucks

and why didnt u have the stickers up when i placed my order

The new site and shopping cart gives us a LOT more options and better for the customers, we are still a new company just over a year and to everyone that has good service with HAI I am glad those are some good guys. You will never hear me say anything bad about them ( except T-Ice J/K ).

I think I answered all the questions in the post at least ones that should be answered.

Just so others know we will be doing things like sic in house powder coating soon and also have a open offer to any cage company or welder with org designs that wants to team up in Orlando to build cages with a in house powder coater, we will be fully up and running in 2 months or less for the powder coating. There is still space open in our 6000sq shop for a cage company to work out of.

If anyone every has an issue getting ahold us after using our site to contact us please try me at warpedtoys@mac.com trust me it's not our goal to have any kind of bad service please.

Thanks

Brad

Hey Brad

You might have missed my posts in this thread so tommorrow I am going to foward you the email I sent to Kim last week, that she of course hasnt responded to.

It has all information on the CREDIT CARD DISPUTE i had to file againt warped toys. It even has the write up that I put in the dispute page.

Maybe I can finally get my refund from the headlight that you didnt have in stock almost two months ago.

Seems like there should be a easier way to get a refund

I guess I know better than to order outside of HAI

Re: WTF Warpedtoys?

I really can't tell you anything different I can get the trans number call and check our side and give you that number as well but I don't think your bank would be able to see it or anything, I can only be sure our side is done right and we have already checked 3 times or more.

Putting in a dispute may solve the issue and make them notice they may have messed up and not us and I have seen this happen in my other company since we bill over 150,000 people per month..

That great that you bill alot of people and youve seen it happen but I want my money. I have checked with my bank twice, two different operators just to make sure, and the money was never refunded.

I doubt your store has actually checked my transaction at all, you saying youve checked "3 times or more" Im 99.9% sure is just you trying to save face for everyone that will look at this thread. If you did check at all you would see I cancelled the order because you didnt have the part, and I never got a refund, If i could get 5 minutes of customer support you would see that.

I initially tried to order the part from HAI and they didnt have it.
I placed the order with them and within two hours the OWNER Mark calls me and lets me know. Card was never charged and an email was sent 10 minutes later letting me know the order was cancelled.

So i guess I will just wait for the dispute to settle the case, and surface warped toys mistake.

It could take a couple months, and then I will just start a thread called "The difference between HAI and warped toys" and I will tell of my glorious warped toys experience and post it on every motorcycle forum that I can possibley find.

Re: WTF Warpedtoys?

You ordered on July 7th and it was a Saturday and refunded on July 10th a Tuesday I would call that customer service on our side so we must have gotten a phone call / email / telegram / Pony Express / Telegraph / SOS / Smoke Signal.

HERE IS YOUR REFUND INFO ON OUR SIDE:
-------------------------------------------------
Transaction ID: 1536247433
Payment Method: XXXX8240
Amount: USD (102.94)
Customer Name: Kevin Gorline

Settlement Date: 10-Jul-2007

Original Transaction ID: 1486632197
-------------------------------------------

Settlement Date: 10-Jul-2007 Means the day it settled and refunded. It's out of our hands not much we can do and any one that deals with CC will tell you the SAME thing we only have so much control. But our job was done with 2 working days again sorry about the emails but have fixed that.

Thats great you have a record, but the money was never put back on my card, and thats what counts. So maybe you computer system/bank/whatever is shotty.

The credit card dispute investigation will look at your end and then at a list of my credit card refunds to see where the refund from you is. They will see that the money was never refunded, so I will leave it to them. I have wasted a ton of time on this already.

Re: WTF Warpedtoys?

Again I am sorry but only so much we can do on our side you did the right thing so they should find we already refunded you, I hope faster now. lol Do you have a big bank or little bank like home town bank?

I think the record shows we did all we can, we don't physically put it right back to your card and here is how it goes for warpedtoys, Authnet / to / Merchant ( we checked with them as well and it passed them ) / nd then it should go to your bank as far as I know unless it's like a "real credit card" not a debt card.

Just PM me or email me I already replied to your email and I am trying to help you out here.. But I don't think this is something we were in the wrong we did everything as we always do and have never had this kind of issue.
