WTF Warpedtoys?
Re: WTF Warpedtoys?
I guess Ill attempt to answer all these sick little burns since no one else does.
The way the carting system works is all the bikes for some reason get listed for every part. theyre trying to get that fixed right now, I dont know what the deal is. Im not a computer guy. If theres ever a doubt in your mind, Email me directly. t-neck@warpedtoys.com I check mine daily.
same as above, if for some reason an order is placed, and the part isnt availible yet, The internet orders come through me, I call said person and inform them of that. Then Forward the order to my boss for refunding.
If you have an issue, PM me. Ill see what I can find out. No one is trying to "rip you off". The owners have no need for ripping anyone off, trust me.
Why does no one ever email me for parts questions??
I saw that they have a powers subframe cage for my 2001 R1 on there site. Well I never heard of them making one for this bike so I wrote them an email just to make sure they do. Well no reply in a few days so I wrote powers a email asking them the same question.
This is the reply I got from them
"We do not make it for that make and model yet. Just keep checking with us to see when we will get the bike in to make it off of.
Thanks
Katie

Why do you guys have that listed if they don't make it?
I want a subcage for my bike. Anyone making one?

Good luck with any response from WARPED TOYS, those guys run a **** operation over there.
They are currently trying to rip me off, I will probabley have a thread posted about it soon.
Do yourself a favor and forget Warped Toys even exists, Ive heard nothing but bad things about them and having a terrible experience with them right now.
HAI is great like everyone says, they really run a tight shop!!

I got ahold of warpedtoys over at stuntusa. He said he didn't get my email or they would have replied. He's making it sound like they might be able to get me one. I got a quick response over at stuntusa, so if anyone needs to get ahold of them over there would be a good idea. I'll let you guys know if they come through.

T-Neck Ive talked to you twice over the phone already, Im going to call you again today, Ive emailed Kim the manager broad about 7 times in the last two weeks with no response, Ive left three messages on the Warped Toys answering machine with no response.
I finally got her on the phone yesterday and she had nothing to say except "all refunds have been sent", and she sounded like she could give two ***** that I still havent got refunded. Seriously Ive never had this much trouble with something like this.

I wish there was more I personally can do, but like i said, once i get the message that something isnt right with a refund all i can do is forward it to the boss. (which I do immediately everytime).

I don't think you want to be telling everyone why you had to be dropped. I gave your "Parents" a chance to correct things but that never happened. So now you come here and talk bad about us. I see now..

I just wanted to tell you again sorry about not getting a reply. We are now setting it so more then one person gets all sales emails and also adding another staff member Mitch Adam. The listings for the cages on the site are pulled from a global listing with all bikes, kind of a shitting thing about the shopping cart, but as soon as we get the order we check to be sure that is a part available for that bike.
The new site and shopping cart gives us a LOT more options and better for the customers, we are still a new company just over a year and to everyone that has good service with HAI I am glad those are some good guys. You will never hear me say anything bad about them ( except T-Ice J/K ).
I think I answered all the questions in the post at least ones that should be answered.
Just so others know we will be doing things like sic in house powder coating soon and also have a open offer to any cage company or welder with org designs that wants to team up in Orlando to build cages with a in house powder coater, we will be fully up and running in 2 months or less for the powder coating. There is still space open in our 6000sq shop for a cage company to work out of.
If anyone every has an issue getting ahold us after using our site to contact us please try me at warpedtoys@mac.com trust me it's not our goal to have any kind of bad service please.
Thanks
Brad
Re: WTF Warpedtoys?
For starters, you are talking to a kid dumbass. You approached him, signed a contract and made a lot of promises you never came through with. In my eyes, we were not dropped, you were. After 3 months of not answering your ******* phone or messages. I am not one of the internet gangsters of stuntlife, I won't say anything I can't say to your face, and I am sure I will see you again. All Marcus is doing is speaking the truth, you and your company are a joke. Oh and you need to pull Marcus's profile off your website, he is not a warped rider, remember. And remove my name from it because I damn sure am not.
