Drink more milk. It seriously helps strengthen your bones. I drink like 3-4 huge glasses a day, and I think thats the main reason why I haven't even snapped a thing yet.

 

i had two pins in my thumb close to my wrist. startin riding the dirt bike as soon as the cast was off. and the pins worked there way out one was amost poping out of the skin and the other one got out of the bone and migrated up towards the end of my thumb. it was fucked i didnt even know it had migrated up. the doc told me before the surgery he was going to make a inscision 1/4 inch. got home right after all fucked up on dimaral and looked at it the inscision was like an 1 1/2 long i was pissed. then he told it migrated and he had to scrape out the scare tissue. **** is numd most of the time.

Here's mine. 1 plate and nine screws. Iv'e been in a cast for 5 weeks now. I did mine skydiving, Im still waiting to have a surgery caused from my Gsxr.

 

I had smashed my right arm really good once. Compound fracture at my ulna (wrist) and both forarm bones complete breaks in the middle. They used a pin for the wrist and two plates with twelve screws in my arm. Theyt took out the pin within a month but I left the plates and screws in for several years. Eventually you are going to want to get those screws out...trust me. Your bones will mend back, you will rebuild muscle and all the tissue..but the longer you wait, the more the muscle and tissue will rebuild around thoses screws...They told me I could have my removed after a year and waited four. They eventually hurt, have pressure points under the skin, and just overall are better without if you can. Take care and hope your recovery goes well..

 

dam u guys and broken bones....never had broken bones but had a metal bar inserted behind my rib cage with giant side supports on each side of my rib cage. two years with that thing in, it sucked.

everyone elses xrays look a lot worse than mine i guess i came out pretty good with only 2 screws

lol it was intense dude, i spent 6 months sleeping upright because the bar crushed my lungs.....but on the good note i lost 50lbs, who needs jenny craig when u have morphine!!!!!!!!1
