Im in trouble.
ok, so i just got out of jail today. ..
heres the story; a couple weeks ago me and my buddy were on the freeway in traffic and decided to go between the cars and cheat traffic. .. sooooo we did for a while and came up to a cop on the side of the road flagging us to the side to pull over. .. well, he pulled over and i was about to, BUT i just took off. .. idk why (suspended license) so i had a whole county of squad cars after me and found myself flying through downtown areas. (dont wanna say too much ya know. ..) but anyways, i ditched the cops parked the bike and looked up and saw a airplane ( a traffic aiplane that just HAPPENED to be in the area and decided to be a "good citizen" and help out the cops) i thought nothing of it and then 2 squad cars pulled up and i took off running. .. i got caught like after 3 blocks and spent 2 weeks locked up with a 50,000$ bail and now facing Felony Evading and a misdemeanor Eluding (whats the diff???). .. soooo it sucks
i just moved here a cuple weeks ago and HAD NO CLUE where i was going. .. now im paying for it cus i wanted to be a MORON and run instead of getting a Ticket for DWP. ..

i feel your pain ... granted, i didnt elude on foot as well ... it all became real when i saw a gun pointed at me and i just dropped down and put my hands behind my back ...
my lawyer was $5000 and i got everything deferred.

I ended up in a similar situation a couple years ago. Got a lawyer, got it down to a misdemeanor, probation, community service, 30 days on the bracelet and a $300 fine from what could have been a felony fleeing charge. I don't run anymore. good luck mang

**** ya Cali rules split lanes on the way to and from work save like 10 minutes ridding the bike instead of driving the truck. and eveyone even grannys drive like there ******** are on fire 75-80 im a 50 and 90 in a 70 gotta love the rat race
