Re: Powers subcage

I think T-Neck has one on the 636 and Tice has one on his 600RR.

They both look pretty stout and don't look like they would hit the tire.

Re: Powers subcage

I have a WWW.NAARDEN.BIZ one, that is Perfect for my 600rr.....He made one of everyone else around here for the F4i and 636's...

Kris@naarden.biz

OH, He also made one for my 929 and another guys 954.....Likely cheaper over all than all others with the BEST quality...

Re: Powers subcage

i wanted to make the same question cos i discovered these subcages like 2 days ago and i dont know how they really work. i mean if you crash while circleing the crash cage should save most part of the tail, hitting the ground before the tail. and if you hit the tail while wheeling, subcage isnt gonna save nothing from the way it looks.

I tested the Naarden cages during development for the 600rr and Let me say...I specifically did not want folding pegs, I have Aluminium 70/75 and they protect my tail 95% of falls and the 600rr is notorious for rolling over and it (NEVER rolls onto my tail)

I also looped one time and several controlled crashes to test that and it definately works well! No problems and loads of crashes to date!

Re: Powers subcage

haha man as far as crashes goes i have watched my f4i barrol roll in the lot from me crashin powers holds up like a champ. it actually comes out same distance a crash cage so pegs don't hit either. but will leave massive brusies

Re: Powers subcage

OMR subcages fo life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Folding pegs, pegs rotated so they won't fold while standing on em, great customer service, can't beat it.

Re: Powers subcage

I love my Powers, it ensures that my 240lb *** won't go rolling down the road from a peg bracket breaking.

Re: Powers subcage

I have an OMR and a Powers....

Powers = Solid, burly, you would destroy your bike before this thing breaks. Tire rubs on every wheelie/endo.

OMR = solid, burly, folding pegs, tire doesn't rub, better service, cheaper price (although about the same after I got ESD pegs)....

Overall, I'd go with OMR over powers...
