would ya pay
would ya pay
Does anyone fix plastics for side money I was thinking about doing it on the side, maybe dent tanks too. Whats your guys opinion. I see all these kids that buy these new bikes and wreck days later so I know there is a need for it it but what would one pay for that. Im talkin rashed up fairings cracks and mounts all restored to their original state.
Re: would ya pay
hmmmmmm...... good question... i stunt so i know my ***** gonna get f'd up so i wouldnt bother but i know ppl that dont stunt and want pretty bikes probably would....... and you'd probably get away wit dentin in the plastic tanks... and maybe sum metal but the metal ones are easy as hell so....??? and all this depends on how good you are at it of course....
Re: would ya pay
keep in mind all the ppl that want pretty bikes usually end up on eBay for some plastics...which is hella less than buying new...so you have to compete with that
but hell yeah I'd be interested. I've got a pretty bike. I took 2-3 hours of my time repairing some scractes and a a large chip in my right side lower.
A new fairing from the stealership = $752. If you could fix mine for $100 (just one fairing) instead of me spending my time on it then I'd be sold.

Re: would ya pay
underselling a large company is going to be very hard because they have the space/money to carry a lot of overhead. they are going to be buying in much larger quantities than a small buisness. you would have to sell at little to no profit margin.
