Just got back from a trip to Otown where i stopped in at HAI.....I bought some **** off their net site and got some good service. And i got the same good service in the store. Tice hooked me up with a good price on a helmet and made some free weird steve stickers for me. Thanks again bro good ****. Then i went to warped toys off hanging moss road and the guy wouldn't even get out of his office to talk to me.

I take every post "SERIUSLY" but I really don't think T-Neck would just sit there and not speak to you, that would be the "guy" in the room the thread starter is talking about. Unless he was on the phone or he caught him when others may have been either out or even out of state as over the past month we have had staff from Ohio, VA, KY, WI, we moved, added a new phone system, added toll free number improved our service area by 100% by giving them over $10,000 in new tools and went from about 900sq foot to 5000+ sq and we still carry the same amount as we did when we had a 5000sq show room as ours now is about 2000sq as we have removed things not needed to be fully displayed ie tires, chrome rimes, couch, TV moved to service area.


Stunting is our main market, but we are also involved with a lot of racing to also building custom bikes. HAI and warped toys are not the same in any way just because we sell stunt parts and have a stunt team mean in any way are we just that and we will keep proving it, it only takes time.

But I do want to make sure we can give the best service we can so yes I do read all posts..

Not on the site as we are about to redo the full site and we have always done them custom over the phone as we have more options that way and to be sure you get just what you need for your model bike not some super long cable, super cheap master we give you all the options.

 

ok just to add in alil fact here HAI got a big screen warp bought one hai got a couch warped bought one hai added a easy circle button to there page warp added the easy stoppie button. and when the "guy" in the back room that u are talking about has a mirror set up so he doesnt even have to get up to see who walks in the store or if he even should.

oh yea and not to mention it is a FACT that all of warped toys sponsored riders went to hai first for sponsorship after mark turned them down is that they went to warp

and the best part is mark doesnt pay his riders they bleed hai because it is truly like a family. id like to see how many riders would represent warped toys for free and im talkin no job and no riders account and no free ****

and with all that said im just stating facts not talking **** so please dont let anyone take this the wrong way and start drama

 

Man you do have your facts mixed up there just a bit a say. We did not buy a big screen and don't have one we rented one for something else and sent it back. Fact 1 wrong. Fact 2 is also wrong the couch you speak of is still at the shop and BTW I have had it since before HAI was even thought of I don't run just one company Sir. Fact 3 the easy circle button on HAI's web site has nothing really to do with the one we added and BTW Tony L that no longer works for us added it and it's really been just a joke between all us really along with the hateraid Tony L also added as a joke. LoL


I also am not sure what riders you think might have went to HAI first and then us but that does not matter to me. I am proud of every rider we sponsor and we sponsor them for many reasons and I don't fell it's even needed here.

You seem to act like just because we may be in the same town that it's HAI VS Warped Toys in no way is it that way or would I want it to be that way. They come to us if we need something and we go to them. I even let 2 of there bike go in MY trailer from ohio so they could get them back because of joes deal going on.

I don't support just my riders I was even happy for Joe when he won. As for stickers and T-shirts H.A.I does have about 2 years on us and yes this is my first retail store to be honest. But next time please get all your fact right before you start to run your hole again and make your self look like an ***.


Also just to be very clear on the riders I picked up and talked to Bill D at star boyz before he ever won last year and would have still sponsored him because he is a great rider. T-Neck I have know for almost 2 1/2 years now since is our longest standing rider almost 2 years now.


All in all HAI and warped toys gets along fine heck T-Neck lives with Tony C that works at HAI.. But again as I have said we are a bit different and our end goals might be different. But we do help each other went it's needed.

Here is another one for you, Bill D's bus takes a **** going to ATL and will not go over 30 MPH he drives back gives T-ice a call and asks if he can use his van and he does let us and we made it to ATL for the AMA races in time ( THANKS T-ICE AND HAI ) so as you can see please don't try and start something thats just not there..
