From a customer services point of view, HAI have been brilliant with international orders.. had a fair bit of stuff from them, a lot of money to send over the internet to someone I don't know, but got all the gear fairly quickly and the right stuff etc..

Why is there so much drama between the two shops, well... customers of the two shops should I say.. I go shopping for food (groceries) at Tesco and Asda Wallmart (grocery shops in UK) both have pros and cons but I don't argue about it on the internet? ?

Just use whichever shop you're personally happy with.

I couldn't imagine owning a bike shop, it seems like 95% of the bike riding population loves to bitch about everything. This bike shop didn't do this for me, didn't do that for me, I waited a week for a part, none of the employees listened to my story of how a ran a cop or did a wheelie at 100mph -or- my favorite how do you do a wheelie, stoppie, burnout?
I did about 20 of those International Motorcyce shows over the years and after about the first hour I wanted to stab every jackass wearing a motorcycle jacket (though it was 20 degrees outside w/ snow on the ground) at the convention center.

Shut up, buy your parts and get the F out. I probably be out of biz pretty quick w/ that attitude but I'd still have my sanity.
