How and why did they take your bike? Were you in a lot, on the street, at a bike night......what? They physically took it? What did they say? They can usually do a VIN check over the radio to find out if its stolen. Are they doing an acid test or something? More info homie....

Re: *** the police

Where and why did they take it if they can do a Vin check in the patrol car or with a call back to the station?

Re: *** the police

if your on private property (I.E. NOT THE STREET OR GOVERNMENT PROPERTY) they have no right to say anything to you unless there is a noise ordinance that your are breaking. Ive had my VIN checked by the po po numberous times on the spot, I would have threw a fit if they tried to take my bike, where? they can impound it (not on private property though) but they cant just hold it like it was part of freakin murder investigation. thats some **** man F--- that. How did they take your bike, did they call a tow truck? did a private company do the tow?

Wow...alright, let me get this straight.

You took the bike to get it inspected.
They looked at it and said this looks fishy.
They took your bike and told you to go home.

Am I on the right path here??? Fix some of your typing and grammar errors and clarify your posts a little. Is this a salvage titled bike your trying to get street legal?
