I just heard my friends in the hospital. He got a mint 05 Gixxer 1k like a month ago & I know he's been trying to learn wheelies. Well I guess he went down today at 80mph+ and I don't know all of what happened but I know he's in the hospital and is pretty fucked up. Anyways I was just wondering if there was anyway his bike wouldn't be totaled? I don't know if he has full coverage and he just paid 10Grand for his bike. I can't talk to him & I havent heard anything about his bike yet.
Just wondering what the chances were of his bike not being totaled?

Edit- he flipped his bike that fast.

 

I just heard from my other friend that his bike is really bad not sure if its totaled. He broke his feamer bone in half, sprained his neck, broke a couple other little bones, and has alot of road rash & alot of bleeding.

He's been doing power wheelies & I told him to learn how to clutch up & he kept telling me he doesn't want to put access wear and tear on the bike by clutching up. I told him **** like this would happen. I told him I'd teach him some **** & he said he's sticking with power wheelies.

 

hope he heals up quick, and 10 g's for a 2005 he got robbed

 

Thats what I told him. And it had like 6,000 miles on it too. It was mint & had a slipon & a undertail & a couple other small things. He paid way to much.
If he had full coverage & it's totaled how much will they probably give him?

I still don't know if he does.

hope he heals up. a femur break is no joke. i fractured both my femurs and that **** huuuurt. there's a good chance his bike isn't totalled but it's still gonna cost him quite a bit of money.

if there is a scratch or dent on the frame it's totaled ....let alone destroyed plastics, lights, bent wheels, broken sub frame, sets etc....

 

I just got off the phone with his cousin. She said he broke alot more bones than that & there is so much blood all over. I guess he looped at around 110mph. He was freaking out in the ER so they had to put him to sleep. I guess he was freaking real bad. His bike is totaled too. I guess he's covered in blood & his feamer is poking through his skin.

I told him to fukin stop those power wheelies & learn how to use the rear brake before he goes fast.

I really hope he has full coverage or he's really gonna be bumming. he's got a loan on it. It might be a personal loan so I don't know what insurance he's got.

It would suck if he's paying on a totaled bike for 5 years.

I wounder if he's gonna get tickets too. He's riding on a motorcycle permit. I was supposed to go with him to get his liscense soon, cause i got mine.

I just talked to my brother & he's friends with him too. He said he's almost posotive he doesn't have full coverage on it & he doesn't think he even has health insurance. He bought the bike from a local dealer & I think he bought it on a suzuki card (or some kind of finance credit card) and he only has basic minimum for insurance.

My friend might really be fucked.

 

man that really sucks im sorry to hear that.... bike insurance or not, oh well as long as he makes it out ok ya know? I mean sure it will suck bad for him without full coverage but a bike can be replaced his life cant... prayin for a speedy recovery...

 

Ya thank god he's still alive. And walking too. With all his limbs. Thats whats really important.
Can't even imagine the pain he's going through right now.

He started telling the doctors to go **** themselves he's gonna check himself out. He wanted to go home. He started freaking and they put him out. I can't believe he thought he was just gonna go home.
He's going into surgery in the morning.

He wont be worried bout the bike any time soon. or atleast hes off the morphene kinda the same **** happend 2 me I said *** a licens n tags n such looped my bike bout 60 **** couldent imagin 110! I broke ribs and fractured a couple vertabra fukd my bike all up but 5 monthes later Im riden agin. Man hope hes ok. oh yea no health ins and I got a 30k Hospitle bill with NO SUGERYS. He probably wont get any tickets n such cuz most of the time cops lay off when they see someone that fuked up.

I got nailed with 5 tickets while I was laying in my hosipatal bed. Cops didnt even see the accident.

 

I just saw him in the hospital. Bike is totaled and he doesn't have full coverage. He's gonna be paying on it for 5 years. I didn't ask him if he had medical insurance I didn't want to bum him out anymore than he already is. He got done with sugery a few hours ago.
So I guess in 5 years when it's payed off it won't be that big of a deal. He just told me his first payment hasn't come yet.

 

Hope he heals fast and best of luck to him. I know the Pain. When I crashed my bike I went down at 140 mph but I only got a broken hand and my bike wasn't totaled. :YEAH
