it's hard to tell by my post but i wasn't attacking you it just looked that way
i just hate when street riders say lot riders are some thing less then a good street rider because like i said a good lot rider can murder the streets any time he chooses but a good street rider is just another squid in the lot doing fast wheelies and hitting the curb at the end of the lot....lol

def gotta love the skillld lot riders hittn the streets and doin circles at a 4 way stops during a red light with all the cars waiting and watching:YEAH y would you want to watch people who are as bad as you or worse then you? Watching the pros is a great way to learn stuff watching their techniques etc.like when I used to ride BMX street, id watch the same trick over and over on a vid and the go out and try it till i got it...

HOLY **** THIS THREAD IS OLD! haha...but if I had to choose...depends on how good the beginner guys are or also how much variety the pros are doing. Sometimes I watch pro videos and they just do the same thing again and again and again. Then I watch some pro vids and they're doing **** I never seen before. Or seen before but are just crazy to attempt.

Street footage pummels lot footage. I cant stand watching lot footage, it is the same boring crap over and over with no real drama or danger. I rather watch straight standups and basic wheelies in traffic than even Teach in a lot. No disrespect meant, but lot footage is just not entertaining.

Watching a beginner power wheelie in the streets is as boring as it gets. Watching sombody experianced it the lots is 10x's better.

If it was started to see whats better overall, street or lots, then obviously a combination of both in a video is the best way to go.

some lot vids are cool.. the tracy vid that was posted not 2 long ago was SICK!

street videos are wayyyyy better! u got cop chases possibilties of people goin down on freeways and cars all over the place, people in traffic pissed off as all hell cuz ur slowing traffic. combos past cops. the day i learn to ride no handers is the day im filming me ride by a cop on one wheel given him the bird then jammin as he lights me up.:YEAH

^^^ sarcasm is a funny thing...
I like watching lot stuff if its really rechnical (o-town throwdown for example) but street footage, done by good riders is always gonna be better because there's more variety. (not trick variety, but uncontrollable aspects like cars etc)
