Liddell seems ALOT more cautious around Rampage than other fighters he faces......I like chuck, but had a feeling he was gonna lose for that simple fact.
Chuck faces him like a normal opponent and I think Chuck comes out on top. Rampage should stand tall as champ for awhile before Chuck gets a rematch tho.



The 3 big champs I really liked have all lost now! Tim Franklin, Matt Hughes, and Chuck Liddell. We'll see how soon one of them regains their belts!

you better look again his hands were clearly at his side....he was not defending himself therefore the fight had to be stopped..how come when a black man betters himself by beating the **** out of a white man there is a problem....everyone knew chuck was going to get his *** kicked...

 

nah.....chucks legs were limp right before the ref jumped in and his hands weren't even close to attempting to block anything....fight was over for him....and I've thought alot of title fights before this were stopped too early, but this one i gotta take the ref's side.

Good link by the way, I missed the fight and was wanting to see it.....chucks performance looked like he was way over cautious in the entire clip than the partial clips I've seen so far. Rampage looked like he was waiting for the Ice Man to show up, and knocked him out in a rather boring fight!

 

don't think it had anything to do with black v. white......chuck liddell was a very well liked champ that held the belt in a classy respectful way.....I think Rampage will prolly be a very well liked champ as well, as long as he shows grace and class as a champ (I think he will).....people like a classy champ (kinda like looking up to the good guy ya know), if he acts like a punk or a *****, everyone (black, white, asian,....) is gonna wanna see him get the **** knocked outta him instead of seeing how long he can stay a champ!

He's an MMA fighter paid to be an MMA fighter (thats his day job!), he just got to the top of his game right now, doesn't make him better, he's just getting the rewards from working his *** off! Would be like you working at McD's....and getting employee of the month over another employee, you didn't better yourself, you just spit on burgers so the fat bitch in the drivethru couldn't see it!
bettering yourself would be graduating college, stopping smoking, starting to work out, getting out of a gang......not doing what you're paid to do

nutz, he bettered himself by winning the fight, in return his next fight he will earn more scratch for him and his loved ones....and people were saying it was fixed which is

 

bwahahahaa.....boxers are going outta style, or learning to really fight and stepping into a ring with 8 sides!

and as for bettering or whatever....I guess if you wanna think about it that way, maybe he did, but you gotta remember Rampage was getting 6 fig's to just BE IN the UFC for 1-2 fights PER YEAR.....so a lil more scratch is nice, but in 15 years that money will be gone and he'll only have memories of holding the title (not like a degree or business he owns or anything like that), unless he's walkin around like Ali!
