I've painted my engine (old yamaha 600 xj)with a special black in spray,it is very easy,fast and clean.
Paint is my job,I make colors for cars and bikes in France.

i don't mean an i'm not knockin on any but KRYLON is junk. its coo if you want a cheap paint job that won't last but if you want quality go wit automotive paint like PPG, SIKENS, DUPONT, HOUSE OF COLORS, even SHERWIN WILLIAMS.

 

We all know that stuff is better, but for a stunt bike $20 of Krylon is all we want to spend. How much is a paint of HOK? Like $300 when it's all said and done?

 

that killz spray paint works pretty dam good

 

sorry i sound like a dumb *** with my grammer on that last post but there is better stuff out there than KRYLON. trust me im a real automotive painter. sherwin williams has some pretty good spray paint and lasts longs and more durable

 

you can spend less than a $100 and get good paint

Like Niner said.................... Besides he asked for Spray Paint. He didnt ask for whats the Best Paint for Spraying. he asked for Cheap Spray Paint.... Read First. If I ask for a .99 cent value menu item from a fast food local, Obviously I dont want a Pork Chops from Outback.

 

Spray automotive paint off the shelf? Or the make at the store spray automotive paint? Or some kind of rattle can stuff you can buy at walmart?

nag's ,I heard tony on the radio (news)today .Something about a hit and run on a bike gang or some **** were you there?? I thought I heard them say he was a RR????? It was bugged to hear him on the radio!!!

 

Are you guys not having any problems with fading. My brother painted and cleared his F3 with Krylon, a month later it was faded as hell? I thought spray can clear was not UV resistant?

 

ok, so to get the bubbles you have to paint a top coat of paint before the lower layer is dry, top hardens and shrinks, causing the undercoat to pop as it shrinks. as explained to me by multiple painters i work with, that dont work together.

 

Yea, best advise to keep it smooth and bubble free is, take you time

 

Yes a chance to sneak peak my 50th anny look alike clone R6-S (the S now stand S for Stunna lol) I used paint from a regular paint store but DUPLICOLOR would have been my choice if they had my color. The cans andnozels they use or really high quality. The paint comes out like it's come-n out f a mini paint gun or sumtihng. it's thick, glossy and just looks damn good. i have another set of plastics i'm painting with Duplicolor later i'll post those up when i do but 4real DUPLICOLOR HANDS DOWN!:YEAH

 

that **** looks sick man... im thinking about doing my 06 r6 all white. I wasnt planning on doing anything to it cause i bought it about a year ago, but i got hit by some guy (hit and run) and my insurance dicked me.
