Possible answer to your handbrake problem
Possible answer to your handbrake problem
I purchased a Full Throttle handbrake adaptor. The kind that makes threads in your rear master while you screw it in using the banjo bolt.
I noticed when I put my hand brake line on that the supplied banjo bolt was seating into the scavenger port flat plate on the rear master preventing the transfer of brake fluid. (kinda like putting your hand over the end of a hose). I took out the banjo and used a grinder to shorten it and I re-installed it. Bleed the hell out of your brakes and you should be good.......

Re: Possible answer to your handbrake problem
Most people buy an adaptor kit and a line and wouldn't have this problem as the adaptor depth, the banjo thickness, and the banjo bolt length are all a package designed to work together. The rest that purchase an adaptor kit to upgrade are using a standard sized motorcycle brake line and wouldn't have an issue with this either. I agree that If you are using a slimmer motocross style line end as you mentioned you were in the other thread than this could pose a problem. The way you wrote your first post in this thread you make it sound like this would be a common problem to run into.
