eat your money or get your stunt bike
Im wanting peoples opinions on me getting MY stunt bike back or not.OK heres the deal.I said i would sponsor a certain person by getting them a stunt bike under some conditions.This is after i had giving there "partner" tires,vortex clipons,paint job,etc..From the begining it was cool and all but then we had some problems with disrespect and i had gotten my bike back.Well this certain someone said they where sorry and if they could go practice on the bke.i gave them the benefit of the doubt and said OK.
JUst to let you know i had purchased this bike from 500 miles away for 1900.00 and after gas and paying someone to go get it it was 2300.00.this was not a stunt bike at the time and it was wrecked.i had to put new forks on it,a vortex rear sprocket in which i payed 55.00,vortex clipons in which i payed 100.00 and new tires lets say 100.00,and since i wasnt competing and they where i gave them my cage in which left me with none.Take to mind that they lived in the same town as me at the time.Well after the little apology so the could go practice they up and moved several hundred mile away and didnt say anything,i found out through someone else that they had moved a week later and took MY bike.ALSO I HAD TO BORROW THE MONEY TO GET THIS BIKE AND HAD TO PAY IT BACK WITH A CREDIT CARD IN WHICH IM STILL PAYING 100.00 A MONTH ON AT 21.9 % INTEREST .this has been since October and i still have not receive 10 cents from them and this is also on top of 600.00 dollars cash they borrowed and havent got that back either.Well they say since i SPONSORED them they dont owe me crap .what i want to know in my poll is what you would do.take to mind that i have two kids at home and this has put a damper on us also.and i have all paper work to the bike

get the bill of sale, get the cops, call your bike stolen, get your paperwork together about the bike and sponsorship, receipts for the parts, witnesses to give sworn affidavits. get your warrent, get your shat, come back a week later and kick his face in!

get the bill of sale, get the cops, call your bike stolen, get your paperwork together about the bike and sponsorship, receipts for the parts, witnesses to give sworn affidavits. get your warrent, get your shat, come back a week later and kick his face in!
