I say never stop. FTP!! unless your a middle aged white male. For some reason I get out of everything. Been pulled over for doing wheelies with no papers and they let me walk. Its all about how you talk to them. Be cool to the cops and they'll be cool to you. Believe me! I wouldn't have a spotless record if it didn't work.
