um.. naw it don't go like that, after a wreck there's the recitement of it, the defense of it, or start lying your *** off, no one really fights over riders error or someone else jus bein misinformed, but as you said, maybe it was all them power wheelies that loosened the screw, also no one else with experience would sit there and mash on the throttle with a turn coming hoping the rpms and speed will drop

i hope he is a parts manager and forwards this **** to your yamaha defense attourney..... dumb ***! admitting this **** in your case is fraud, so if i were you i's worry a bit.

I've been riding for 8 years nearly and well over 100K street miles. I give him the benefit of the doubt. You weren't there, you don't know what the situation was.
we do know the situation, he told us what it was, were you riding that 100k miles without a helemt and hitting corners with big rigs at 116mph too? how does a big rig get on a city street corner anyways, that dont even sound like part of a truck route

Re: 2006 R6 Recall! that hurt

is there any way i can get info on the recall besides from yamaha sites? i need to know the accident/fatality rate that may correlate with the recall as i am investigating a fatal accident involving a very experienced rider doing 50mph and not stopping before the collision...any information would be very helpful. thanks, and ride safely.
