why because your a parts manager for honda/yamaha? like i said yamaha has allready accepted responsibility. had my bike in the shop and found the screw in my throttle control. does it sound like i am worried?

It was not a threat. I could care less but, I hate when people mess up and put blame on others. Yamaha is a good company and they stand behind recalls and there products. I am glad you are OK. I have just scene alot of things happen in this industry due to rider error. Then they blame it on the bike or the company. From what you have said happened there are some holes in the story. Just don't sue Kawasaki! I will leave it at that! Bitch please!

Most of the people on this site who haved wrecked or crashed have never blamed the bike company. I mouse trapped! Should I blame Honda for the bike stalling in an idle wheelie? I laid my bike down! Should I blame Kawasaki for my lack of judgement? No! The only time I ever sued anybody was when a guy ran a stop sign and hit me. That was his fault not mine! All I got was the bike paid off and my bills paid. No cash in hand. I don't get down like that!

this happend in september before the recall was issued. and for those who keep tellin me "rider error" f*** off im not sayin im kaneone or anything. dont be a hater i wrecked it was yamahas fault and they are paying for it. i will be on a brand new zx6 this summer doin wheelies past you. for all the other honorable riders thanks for your support!
1. do NOT use kane as an example of an awesome rider, he's a nice guy, and smart, but deff not the top rider
2. you will be doing wheelies past us.. chasing balance point. while we sit n do combos at one speed.

you aint the first person in the planet to have a throttle stick, and that screw probably wassnt the reason for your accident. yamaha, just let you slide.... and they decided to blame it on that issue they probably knew about before your accident.
i have had my bike on the track, and have been doing all kinda high revving back road runs on that bike... i have had it prolly before you got yours, and i just got the recall taken care of this monday.
i bought the bike in january last year... and it is now february, if it was a possible threat.... dont you think some other people would have scrubbed?
check the R6 forums, no reports of that happning to anyone on there.
so you myfriend, are a load that should have been swallowed...... because you are trying to blame a manufacture for you idiocracy

ya whatever obviously you dont look in to **** very well. 1,300 bikes have wrecked because of this problem. no reports? dude its all over. run a search on the internet dumb ***. maybe you should quit talkin **** allready.
