the master should be at the far end of the clipons so that you get full leverage and FULL braking power....

With the brembo and a good bleed you really don't need any more leverage. Mine is setup like that and will lock up effortlessly as is. Anymore leverage would be even too much.

You remember.. With my old Gixxer master Emrock was complaining that my **** locked up too easily. It's even easier now with the Brembo.

the reason is because on the bottom of the master there is a bleeder screw it is smacking into the clipon base. in order for me to get it closer to the base i would have to rotate the whole thing upwards a few degrees but then my clutch will smack into my upper fairring when the bars are turned full lock right.

also i like to have my hands situated as far out on the clipons as possible. i actually use the end of the grip and the lil 1/4" space before the end of the clipon for my pinky finger to hold on

I was running the 05 radial style GSXR/ZX6R front brake master, for both my HB and my front brakes on my 03 636.....Ive swaped to a Brembo radial master on every street bike Ive ever owned before stunting, so Im used to the radial feel and anything else sucks to me....

The 03/04 636 master wasnt that bad but I hate the lever Kawi uses on it, I even hated the clutch lever they use... Im used to Brembos and aftermarket clutch levers so the stock staright *** levers feel like **** to me...

I just swaped out my HB for a Brembo 16x18 and I might try out my spare 19x20 for the front brakes....

You positive? I really didn't think they were the same but I have no backing behind that.

Yes they are both Nissin 3/4 bore
Kawi is painted brown with a black lever
GSXR is painted black with a sliver lever

And if you buy that exact same master from the aftermarket it comes painted GOLD!
