I offered to do it. I am not the correct person to implement it, I am the person who set up the straw man for you guys to take over.
XDL and you got involved because XDL IMO is just as important as the other two, and your name because it was the only name from xdl I knew, and you are integral to the sport. This is not personal it is business, I will probably never like you. I would not allow my personal feelings to interfere with a business matter at this point in my life.
I am getting the satisfaction of knowing I contributed something worthwhile, and to see this sport grow that much faster. Which benefits my chosen career as well as benefitting me in terms of defining my next successful venture.
what I have done is between myself and the other people involved, if I truly wanted your respect you'd be one of those people and know what I've done so far.

Again, in case you missed it Thomas, I don't need your permission to run a business, but I should have had your permission to use your name to hold the xdl spot. All I can say it was a gesture of goodwill. And that is the last I'd really like to say to you.

That is crazy you ask for a reason to let her do this whole bit and then she goes and tries to cut you out of the deal by asking for the person who owns XDL. Sounds real shady to me Thomas so good call.

Thomas, I'm not asking you to trust endorse whatever me. Leave me alone would be about all I'd ask of you at this point.
Todd did not seek my assistance, I offered, I saw an place where I could help and I offered. If you guys want to hang someone it'll have to be someone else. I'm not gaining my cred off of other people nor was I trying to accomplish something sneaky.
Without a sanctioning body the sport doesn't move forward, and with something like that, getting hung up on the particulars can stall you for precious months and you can lose your best window of opportunity. Sometimes in that situation another individual can kick start the process. It's was an offer and an act of kindness received with animosity only by the one person I most expected that reaction from.
Granted I could have handled it better in Thomases direction but have no motivation to really talk to him at all.
As I said, it's a retractable gift, no harm no foul. I know one of the guys involved still wanted it as of this morning and I talk to the other guy monday, so they can have it or I'll take it. I'm all done caring about this now, that's all I had to contribute to forming a sanctioning body, nothing to see here everyone can move along.
