Question on FI cages...

Anyone know if all the loops (I dont know what else to call it lol), but anyways the bottom of the cage. Anyone know if all the loops are the same size or what? I scored some FI sliders on ebay for $38 for my 636, it came with the sliders, side bars, but no loop.

I tried looking on FI's website but couldnt find just the cage loop for my 05 636, all they had was for like gixxers and hondas I think. So whats the deal on this? I'm about to take off my semi bent MXD cage and throw on the sliders for now, but I'd really like to add the loop and side bars soon!

I'd rock a "semi bent mxd" till it was dead before I EVER put a FI cage on.

Re: Question on FI cages...

I think they are different sizes. haven't you seen Dale's and L.J.'s
they both differ from ours. If you call them I bet they would send you just the loop piece.

Re: Question on FI cages...

guess I'll just call them up and see whats up. I dont feel safe about the semi bent MXD, looks like if I dropped it hard one more time the left side of the cage is going to crack open my stator cover ....Plus the 636 is getting retired from stunting, maybe an occasional wheelie on the streets, and some stoppies(after I get my damper), but thats it. Fixing to paint it, and add lots of aftermarket stuff!
