i've barrel rolled my 600rr a couple of different times, and the only time it broke anything, was when i forgot to put the motormount spacer back in and it pinched my frame.

I'm not sponsored and paid full price for all of my FI cages. Every one has bolted right up with no problems

Re: Bad FI-Cage

I got an FI on my 04 600rr and it bolted up fine never had to **** with exhasut or anything. I rolled mine twice at high speeds and never hurt the cage just beat up my upper fariing, clipon, and tail a bit I only spent about $130 canadian fixing it after 2 big crashes.

Re: Bad FI-Cage

They werent parking lot crashes, out on the road with stock gearing second gear almost redline bike tumbled down the road. This happened to me twice no matter what cage you got on you wreck like that your breakin something. $130 is nothing thats not even enough to cover a night downtown.

I broke two motor mounts with my FI cage on my F3. I plan on welding extra supports on the side and putting sliders on it. The F3 FI cage doesnt have the loop, just two individual pieces.

I also have an FI cage on my R1. Both cages fit perfect, with no mods. The R1 has never been down.

I think the FI design works better on some bikes then others. On the 600RR i really like the Powers cage.
