I work in the plastics industry:
Use a product called Devcon on your ABSPlastic bodywork.

FIIBERGLASS

fiberglass it on the back side, bondo on front..

bondo dosent bond anything.. It dosen't glue anything, it dosne't fix breaks in stuff.. IT fills in cracks and holes so you can make a smooth painttjob..

Fiberglass or plastic weld is the only way..

Agree Ive dont many bikes using fibergalss resin and fibergalss sheets on the backside...NOTHING works better trust me....on a 636 I had I reinforced the whole backside of the front faring with like 4 coats and dropped it many times with no cracks or breaks

doesn't have to be fiberglass, if your pockets are big i suggest carbonfiber :YEAH or even that hybrid kevlar carbon, u can buy this stuff just like fiberglass.
