youre right i havent heard to much about her but i have heard that she doesnt return frames and now helmets....what im saying is people like woo and the rest of the ruff ryders got thiers in short time, so why shouldnt he....i know what its like to be giving the run around on something that should only take a month at most.....more power to her getting up and running its awesome to see her open her own business that works out cause thats one of the hardest thing you can ever do....

 

yeah that's basically the issue, she's had a lot of issues with idiots she was partners with, or that she had as employees.....you know they say good help is hard to find, well she's the poster child......people walking off with supplies and equipment or just working on their own stuff on the clock.......like you said it's hard enough to start your own business without that crap.

As for the frame....there was a bunch of crap having to do with fed ex damaging the frame and waiting for the insurance check from them and what not, and yeah 929_ur's helmet and my helmet have been there a while but I understand she is basically a one person operation and there were some issues.......life happens.

But she's in a much better place now, so no need to bash someone who is trying to get something good going..... Plus I know she'll continue to do good work for stunnas at a discount, cuz let's face it stunnas are broke.....another area she's gotten screwed on......but give it time and you'll see good things from 2502 Designs.

 

haha. i've recieved at least 3 PM's from people who are going thru the same thing, but dont want to post about it cuz she still has their stuff.

i know exactly what shes going thru...shes told me about it on numerous occasions, her personal problems, her work problems, everything, i totally understand and feel bad...

but the fvcking helmet is painted. its done. i've seen pics. whys it so hard to mail a box???

i really like shawn and didnt want it to come to this, but the fact of the matter is shes handling it in an unprofessional way. If she gave me straight answers and said, look i messed up, im sorry i have no money, i have no help wutever the case may be.

but i just keep hearing..it'll go out next week. next week. next week.

Adam I'm in the same boat.....but I think it's an issue with the clear, they're painted but no clear......one of the items that walked away or was used up on a personal project.....I feel ya, I just think this wasn't the way to handle it......I'm sure she'll get it to ya soon. My boy Larry (Mr.Gix) is even going down to give her a hand getting the new shop sorted. I'm sure anything that is done will be in the mail by the time he leaves!!

when she totally ignores me and doesnt reply to anything i send her or answer me back or even ****in call me, let alone give me a strait answer......wtf else should i do, short of driving down there to get the ****in thing myself. . .

which is next on the list. i know i dont have any plans the weekend after next.

 

i have my own business also, and i understand sometimes things dont go your way, but in the end 1 thing is certain, customers are your first priority. If you dont put them first, your business will not last long. 8 months or whatever is to long regardless.

 

I agree customer service is important, because as you can see you **** off a couple people and it can have some very negative effects on your business.......but like I said 2502 is in a much better place now and I'm certain all will be made right!!

 

all i know is that there is going to be a big *** mothafvckin "helmets came in" party, when this lid is recieved!

and i think the helmets will probably be slept in as well.
