I've been stuntin about 1 1/2 yrs now off and on. I've mostly been ridin and pushin myself but for What? Nobody anywhere near me (within 3 hrs) is in to it and dedicated like i am. There are only two guys in MS that I know of (Vertical Extremes) I mostly ride for myself and by myself which takes alot of the fun away. Hell i don't even think anybody within 70 miles of me can even do standups, let alone freestyle.

Just wondering is anybody else in this situation & If so what do you do to keep motivated?
By the way I live in right in the center of MS if anybody is close.

 

theres a couple guys around where i live that are alright.. i su ck but im still out practicin when its 25degrees out side.. i feel good everytime i get something new down or know im gettin better.. doesnt take any fun out for me

 

riding alone s u c k s i drive an hour a couple times a week just to ride with other stunters

 

bro... how about like 6 decent stunt riders in your whole country not including my stunt team that i put together, 2 of the guys cant be counted as stunt riders cause they cant stunt, and the otha one is still learning!! i have no motivation at the moment thats why im not having fun on the fiddy!!

 

You should talk to Armenian. I think he feels the same way. So I gues competitions are like stunt camp in a way. A chance to get away with other good stunters and to maybe get some pointers.

+ my fiddy alwayz breaks, my friends chinese fiddy is stronger than mine!! Chinese bikes are gettin better than Japanese

Yeah I've been stunting since Sept 04 but I stopped due to a cracked frame and by the time i got it fixed I deployed to Iraq. I got 2 days of riding in since Nov 05. Yeah riding by yourself fuqin sucks

 

But yeah I rode by myself cause I didn't have many people to ride with till Mana asked me to start meeting him out but you gotta do what you gotta do.

u know id rather ride with 100 guys and me being the worst one, so i can feed off them but i dont have that here

+1 even if they think a stunt is Revvin there bike till its peakin sounded good though it was a brand new 600RR, suprised he did that to his brand new engine!!!

 

i ride with 1 guy that can actually stunt....and another has a yz250f and thinks he can stunt but only tells people he can.....but i travel a good hour 1/2 to go to the guy that actually stunts...but in the meantime i ride solo... doin **** on my road since i live out in the country where no cop ever shows up and a few tractors come by once inawhile...but +1...riding alone su<ks

 

i ride alone for the most part.

there are shitloads of cool riders here in my area, but it's real hard trying to get a ride out there to ride with them, 90% of my practice time is by myself.

 

i ride with the guys from vertical x-tremes...they are the only people that i have around to push me to get better..where exactly are you ...we always are looking for some new people to ride with..espically some one who can add something besides a stand up!

 

I ride by myself all the time when practicing...with some people watching sometimes...mostly ppl I know...

 

*** it take a road trip yo. or just move to CO. ill ride w/ your ***. lol
