Re: Scraping cage?

yah, thats what i thought i would do at first but it sucks taking all that stuff off just to ride twisties, i'll just stick to stunting its more fun anyways and wont have to worry about sliding my bike off a cliff, oh yah i'll be at the spot on friday if it is not raining sometime between 6 and 9, i'll hit you up d

Re: Scraping cage?

fi cages are nice. my powers scrapes all the time, but i sort of scrape it for fun now. my fi never really was an issue. altho ive already broken an engine mount with my powers hardware the fi hardare seems to hold up better also

Re: Scraping cage?

The fi cages are all different so it just depends on the bike. On my f4i mine doesn't scrape unless I am pushing a corner hard enough to where the tires are pushing (pilot powers) but my buddy has it on his 954 and his scrapes a little easier. The bikes are al different, but the newer fi cages were redesigned so they are closer to the body. Powers cages blow unless you ONLY stunt. my room mate has one on his 600rr and it is garbage. It's in the way and scrapes all the time. Sure its has protection like a Panzer but I think they are way to big for any type of riding beyond stunting. The race rails and sliders works great. My brother has them on his 636 and its sweet.

Re: Scraping cage?

I've got sickinnovation cages. They have a lot of ground clearance if they scrape your prob goin down anyway. My is if you go down in a fast corner the cages will be more likely to cause your bike to hook and roll instead of slide so it may cause more harm than good!

Re: Scraping cage?

If you can scrape my Sickinnovations cage you can have my F4. you would have to be grindin the S(&^ out of the pegs before it would touch. Absolutely the best.
