Re: steering slow wheelies?

First off, in the words of Darius put whatever pressure it is that you run in your tire AND KEEP IT THAT WAY!! I leave mine at 18, not one PSI less or more. And that has made a big difference. You really get acclimated to a certain PSI in your tire. So whatever PSI you are running, keep it there... I don't suggest more than 22. Secondly, it takes VERY little body english to move around a bike when it is past balance point. The higher the front wheel, the easier it is for the bike to wobble and lean. Seriously, I only move just my hips to counter balance the bike. Sometimes if it's really wobbly I stick a leg out and really pull on the bike, other than that... nothing more than subtle hip movements.

Last, but not least... UM PRACTICE!!!

Re: steering slow wheelies?

yeah I used to run my tire at like 12psi then i changed tires and it had 30psi and i forgot to let it out... then i found for me, the more psi the better for -0-'s ! you need to work your gas faster cuz they want to fall in FAST!!!! I run at about 25 psi now 30psi was 2 damn much!! but it made **** fun!!!:YEAH

Re: steering slow wheelies?

Just to steer slow stuff, you don't have to lean that much. Especially for circles. Just shift your weight, keep the front end up high, and stay on top of the bike.

Re: steering slow wheelies?

ide practice steering faster wheelies and learning the body language needed and how to throw that front tire back for slight turns then just apply that to the slower stuff and compensate for the higher bp with more body language ect.
