Re: F4i Full Fairing Clip on Help

I got my woodcraft clipon today. I run fullfairing, woodcraft flipped upsidedown, as wide as possible and turned out as much as possible untill it hits the fairing. DAMN what a difference in control of the bike.

Re: F4i Full Fairing Clip on Help

when you change the location of the clipons, you change the geometry of the bike which changes how it works for stoppies especially.

my suggestion is to keep the forks in the stock position in the triples and then get the right clipons for your preference.

i'm telling you all this right now: the woodcrafts (or whatever) on the wrong sides with the bars as wide as possible and turned out until they hit the upper at full turn IS THE ****** EFFING ISHT IF YOU WANT TO RUN CLIPONS!!! sooooo much more leverage and control, especially in stoppies. they must have some degree of angle though so they angle up (like Darius' but not so extreme).

FFFL!!!! with clipons of course! it's all about the stock bike look...i dont want a stunt bike!

hmmm, I got it... They have gotten so good that they don't smash their bike to pieces everytime they practice so have to replace fairing pieces less often . I know I aspire to have full fairings when I grow up :YEAH. Maybe even sooner like next summer.
