Re: Brembo HB ,placement..

the 16x18 cast is only $210. ya thats probly alot to sum people. but beleave me when i say to you its the best out there i have tryed every master availble cbr1000rr gixer and the 2004 r1 master ther shiit compared to the 16x18. only thing is i would not even waist the money if you done ither get the full throttle set up or weld the gp fitting and get steel braided lines because the 16x18 puts out tons of pressure and if your system is not sealed it will not work.

Re: Brembo HB ,placement..

i have always said why go cheap on your hb. i have like $650 in mine alone. ss lines all around, fullthrottle set up, and the brembo. but i would trust this thing no probblem throwing back a third gear highway hc coaster.

Re: Brembo HB ,placement..

best set up is moose easy ez pull clutch lever, gsxr radial or 1000rr radial, with the full throttle foot master cylinder. and FI clip ons - then figure out if you want the clutch on the inside or the outside

heres the thing about th 16 x18 it desined for a single caliper on like the ones on super moto dirt bikes. so it was desind to throw more pressure to a single caliper were a duel caliper master is desined to evenly put the pressue to two caliper. trust me i have done all my home work.

thats why i am keeping mine for another year and then do the big move, i figure if i get all the basics and some of the tricky stuff down on the gixx, i can make a big difference on the f4i.
