Freestyle Ingenuity questions ??

NE 1 here using the engine cage and 12 bar from Freestyle Ingenuity???
If so whats your overall opinion on them??
Are they worth the $$$
Has your bike gone down with the cage on ?? If so did it work ??
How is the 12 bar ??
How was the install ??
I'm asking cuz I'm very close to buying both pieces.
Any feedback is appreciated.
Cheers

Ice has it on his 929, thing looks sweet. He loves just to dump his bike over in front of people, or a cop, and just laugh

the cage is almost bullet proof....

I have seen some really bad wrecks that would have busted 900 and 929 covers and cases and that cage held up.

Its for sure a great product!

Definitly invest in the Crash Cage!!!
I got mine Fri. Put it on Sat. Went down on Sun.
The thing held up great. Like underzen said, The cage is bullet proof.

I was doing a rolling burnout and lost it. The only damage to the bike was some light rash on the upper fairing and on the tail. The engine cover/case never hit. Neither did my peg, shifter or swingarm.

It's agreat investment if your gonna stunt!

Ya..easy to install. My piece has been down hard with the cage and it has held up nicely. Buy it.

Installing the cage is very easy.... Just like installing regular frame sliders.

Best investment

The cage has saved me so much money as far as broken engine cases and plastic it is well worth the money.
But in a hard crash the bolts that hold the frame sliders on bend and you have to get new high grade bolts.

OK...

In my opinion the cages are the best product out there to keep your bike from breakin (plastics, motor case, pegs, blah blah blah)
and its bullet proof, installation is VERY VERY EASY and i've seen the cage in action several times....As you can see most of the Pros are ussing them .

We used my R6 as a pattern for the cage and the 12 bar..and I know Tim put alot of time into it...some bikes are alot harder then others to get the cages done and it takes a lil more time to get them done, im pretty sure that is the reason hes still waiting. I dont know why he has to post it in here in a negative way instead of calling Freestyle and checking with them.

I know Tim, Pat and David do everything possible to get the orders out ASAP and they are doing a great job, im there most of the time and I see them doing it, it doesnt take very long if everything is already done....just the regular shipping time.

I really think its a great investment if you are a stunter !!!!!

Good luck !

the fitment & quality of the bars & cages are mint. Ive fallen a few times & it just rolls onto the bar - such a good idea. no more broken side covers.

Installation of the cage is very straight forward.

good stuff! Tim is always available on the phone if you need to contact him or need directions or jsut have a few questions.
