Dude, if you want to learn just keep practicing, you would better spend your money on your bike.

The thing is wheelies can't really be taught.. People can give you tips, tell you to go higher ect.. It's really just repetition, trial and error, and from that you establish the muscle memory to proform whatever trick you do... If you did it all summer and got nowhere.. Maybe it's not for you..
I taught myself basic controlled wheelies on my 1st big bike on a 4 day weekend 3mo after buying it...
Gas = wheel up
Roll off gas/rear brake = wheel down
To clutch a wheelie - pull clutch just into the friction zone, then gas it and let it out at the same time... (Take baby steps to get the feel for it, then go higher ect.)
This sh*t isn't rocket science here people, nor is it natural talent.. Just go practice..

To each is their own! I feel it could be a good experience for someoone who is not sure if that sport is for them. If you wreck its not your ****, and it gives you the confidence you wouldnt have on the streets! I took the class for fun, and it was alot of fun! Met good people, and all that bs. So you spend a little money on one day instead of a couple grand and possibly not being able to ride your bike for a while and then realizing this aint for you! Again, some people just arent sure man. But I aint trippin!

did you come down to shark cycle? i told you i would show you how to wheelie that thiing. any wednesday night im at sharks around 8:00. im the only guy with a fightered r6. or pm me and ill try to exlpian it. but these other guys are right its hard to teach some one to wheelie.its more explaining what works for us. wich might be diferent for you. all i know is you need to stay away from choping the throttle. for me that was almost a disaster. just use the clutch in second. blip the clutch just to see what happens alittle at a time. dont jst dump it. work your way up untill its at a comfortable height. good luck..mabe see you in hartford
