another rook needs help w wheelie

another rook needs help w wheelie

I'm just gettin started. I have read the previous wheelie info, but apparently I ****...I went -1 up front and kept stock rear on my GXXR 600 and I can get it up, but cant find where the throttle needs to be to ride it out. can you help a brotha out without beating my d!ck in?

ride with someone who knows what there doing and practice. try rolling your gas on smooth and not chopping it. make sure your clutching it up and trying your wheelies in first gear, so if you eat shyt your not going a million miles an hour.

I'm clutchin in 2nd. do i keep the throttle where it is when i drop,slip,etc....the clutch or keep gunnin ?

1st gear front pegs stand up give it gas chop the throttle give it more gas loop repeat this time covering rear brake

now you have a stunt bike yay

the best advice i can give you is find someone that knows what theyre doing, practice in first, cover the brake, and the rest is trial and error.

after your up you release
the throttle a lil not a whole lot just few mm

I've been practicin....just lookin for inside scoop to give me better idea of what to look for or what to do to help at the stage i'm at..but I appreciate what i got from yall ..thanx fellas

It can be hard, if you let it. Its only you making it hard. Especially on an R1, man you have issues. Grow *****, stand stagered(right foot on regular peg and left on passenger) and clutch the biznitch up. Cover the brake and your money!!!

+1. the advice you recieve is helpful, but it can only go so far. when it comes down to it everybike and rider is different there are a few generic things that apply to every wheelie, but the bottom line is you have to learn them for yourself and the only way to do that is practice.
