me and my boy here both ride f4is and we are around 220
and neither of us have a problem

If your rear shock is all worn out you can get one off ebay for like $50. That would be your best route

BTW how much u weight!!

....like about 225...never touched the adjustment on the shock and its fine....the front forks i havent messed with in such a long time i couldnt even begin to guess where i have them set at.....
