Re: japanese vs other bikes

Jap bikes are a dime a dozen and parts are too, the others cost more and typically aren't smooth powered 4 cylinder engines. That's my take on that.

Christian Phifer is rocking one of the new BMW's I believe, he's pretty awesome on a Ducati too, but he nailed it on the parts availability etc...

Re: japanese vs other bikes

I also believe most people are riding japanese bikes due to costs the cheap parts. Moreover, it is very easy to control the throttle on the japanese bikes.
However, there are a few people stunting on Buells like, for example, Todd Colbert and Team X-Treem.

American bikes (IE: Buell)'s are ugly mutant non-sportbike creatures

European bikes are sick but mad overpriced and delicate.

Jap bikes are.. juuuuusssst right.

Re: japanese vs other bikes

i tried to rock a 955 daytona for a while that was an unusual creature to tame then the valves needed adjusting and i sold it. too much money to keep the sweet euro bikes on the road.
