Re: KC charity ride for john.....

got burgers, ball park hot dogs, buns for both, cases of pop, raffle tickets, tickets for food tickets, alot of dvd's, some stickers to hand out, a shirt or two, a hat, gift certificates,.........We're all about ready to roll on this deal and try to do it right. Got enough food for 120 people, and bringing money and having people standing by if we et more people than that who want food, they are ready to go get more!

Gonna be a good time, 3 grills goin, a table where the girls can take money, food, raffel, stunt show, highway homicide.........what else could you want?

Re: KC charity ride for john.....

Ride was awesome, turnout was decent........proceeds from the ride $799 ($689 for John, and another $110 was donated for his daughter's college fund.

Ruff Ryders showed up and threw down some hard earned cash and spent some time with John, thanx to Jerzee and DeadMan and all the RR's you brought with you!

Kevin surprised the HELL out of me, I didn't know this guy could kill some street like that! Nice work, hell of a guy, even my personality analyzing fiance and her lil buddy Andrea (Andy Clem's girl) thought you were a nice guy, and threw down a nice chunk of cash on doantions, food, and raffle tickets!

KCTony, won with all but 2 of his raffel tickets, and I didn't even have to rig the raffle! LOL

I was very happy with how everything went down, especially after sprinkles of rain were falling less than an hour before the ride and it was pouring to the south and west of where we were riding!

At one point, about 35 minutes before we set out, I counted 75 bikes, and I know plenty more came in! The ride was led by me, Mid-Moto, Kevin, John, John's Brother-in-law(drove all the way from texas to make the ride), Controlled Insanity (broke out the BIG bikes-busa and blackbird), and a few other people, not to mention a couple squids rocking 9000000mph power whoolies!

Noone dropped a bike during the ride, even though I came REALLY close when yankin up endoes rapping out 4th, 5th, and midrange in 6th gear! <----nothing like coasting on the front wheel, fingers off the brake completely, praying to not wreck, and hoping my damper is turned up high enough to not get headshake! Hopefully it was caught on footy cause I'm not tryin it anytime soon just yet.

Jowalski, Doodles, Brennan, Hap, all hit the streets pretty hard and tore it up good.

Thanx to everyone who helped make it happen, Drew Stone, Aaron at Racing905, Ian at Sick Innovations, Gary at KGMotorcycleTires.com, Dean at D2Cycles, Greg and Nick at Cafe Racer, ShepDawg from VMC,........the list goes on and on, everyone really stepped up to help John out.

I think John really topped it off, thanking everyone, and letting everyone know that his wife would have really appreciated the support we provided for him and his family in her name.
