I had an FI cage on my F4i and that pos ripped the threads out of my motor. I had people in town and had to ride so I tossed a long bolt through the stripped holes and only have the rear mount bolted down. I've been riding like that for a month, no problems, no issues, nothing. Best cage out there. Get yours from ALL OUT PERFROMANCE, they're the only shop that stocks them.

How to contact them and what do they cost?

The look strong and good.

Re: What Cage Is Best

Nick sure can F up a cage alright. Nick the Fi cage requires frequent re-tightening.....thats why it sometimes pulls motormount bolts. When its kept tight the thing is real solid. I re-tighten mine every other time i ride.

However i agree that the THOMAS MESSERALL cage is stout. Get one. And buy it from All Out Performance. Do it.

Re: What Cage Is Best

I like the spring loaded slider idea, thats seems pretty innovative...

I have used powersbikeworx and 905, I choose sickinnovations based off of service and durability, plus shipping is fast and I can count on Ian. Can't say that about a lot of companies in this industry. I do feel that all cages give cause if they don't you'll end up breaking a motor mount or something.

Something has to give with a hard enough drop.

Scrapeworks makes a sick sub frame. I went through 2 stock subframes on my 05 gsxr trying to srape. Now i got a scrapeworks acct. and bought me a subframe its great a little overpriced for stunters but the quality is off the hook. well worth 650 i dont stock them yet but i will soon as people fall in love with the quality.:YEAH

Word - I love my Scrapeworks set up, got the cage and subframe- only need to buy quality once - as opposed to replacing broken subframes every 3 weeks... less time changing frames = more time for whooliez
